Delete directly in the app
- Open TradeDarpan and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Account & Legal.
- Tap Delete account and data.
- Read the warning and confirm Delete permanently.
The request is processed for the signed-in account and permanently removes the TradeDarpan Firebase user account and associated active app data, including journal/trade records and account-level TradeDarpan data.
If you cannot access the app
Email tradedarpan01@gmail.com from the email address associated with your TradeDarpan account and use the subject TradeDarpan Account Deletion Request. We may need to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
What may be retained
Limited security logs, backups or records required by law may remain for a limited period. Google Play purchase and payment records are controlled by Google and are not deleted by TradeDarpan.
Subscription note: deleting your TradeDarpan account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in Google Play if you no longer want it to renew.
