By using TradeDarpan you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service.
Journal tool, not financial advice
TradeDarpan is a record-keeping and analytics tool. It does not provide investment, tax, legal or brokerage advice, does not execute trades and does not guarantee profit. Trading involves risk and you remain responsible for your decisions.
Your account and content
Keep your Google account secure and provide accurate information. You remain responsible for trade records and notes you enter. Do not use the service unlawfully or attempt to bypass security, access or billing controls.
Subscriptions
Premium provides recurring access to premium app features. The exact price and billing period are displayed by Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through Google Play; cancellation normally takes effect after the current paid period. Refunds are handled under Google Play policy and applicable law.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but may maintain, change or discontinue features. Cloud, network or third-party failures can interrupt access. Keep independent records of information important to you.
Limitation
To the extent allowed by law, TradeDarpan is provided as-is without guarantees of trading results or uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for trading losses or decisions made using journal statistics.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the app, cancel Premium in Google Play and delete your TradeDarpan account. Deleting your app account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
