Who we are
TradeDarpan is operated by Navin Raval. Privacy enquiries and account-deletion requests can be sent to tradedarpan01@gmail.com.
Data we collect
We collect your Google account name, email address and Firebase user ID; trades, notes, strategies, mistakes, rules and challenge details you enter; and Google Play subscription status and purchase-token data used to verify Premium access. Firebase and Google Play may also process limited device, diagnostic, security and transaction information.
How we use data
We use this data to authenticate you, sync your journal, calculate reports and challenge progress, provide rule-based summaries, verify subscriptions, prevent fraud, secure the service and respond to support requests. TradeDarpan does not sell personal data and does not display third-party advertising.
Service providers
Google Firebase provides authentication, database, cloud functions and hosting. Google Play provides app distribution, billing and subscription management. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Storage and security
Data is transmitted using encrypted connections and access is restricted using authentication and database security rules. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while your account exists. In-app account deletion removes your Firebase account and associated TradeDarpan data from active systems. Limited security logs, backups or records required by law may remain for a limited period. Google Play payment and purchase records are controlled by Google and are not deleted by TradeDarpan.
Your choices
You may review or edit journal data in the app, manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play, and permanently delete your TradeDarpan account from Account & Legal. Instructions are also available on our account deletion page.
Children
TradeDarpan is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
